Maple cream, also known as "maple spread" or "maple butter" is a delicious spreadable pure maple product -no dairy involved! We make our spread from amber grade maple syrup, heated and stirred until it's the consistency of creamy peanut butter. Maple spread is great on toast, ice cream, or for use as icing for cakes and cookies.
